Part Time Library Administrative Assistant II

Description of Work:
Lee County is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Part-Time Library
Administrative Assistant II to work 15 hours per week.  This position performs a wide range of administrative and accounting tasks in support of the library operations such as inputting invoices, maintaining financial records, overseeing banking, managing office inventory, maintaining assets, internal department budgets, and related work as apparent or assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience:
High School or General Education Development Diploma (GED) and minimum two years of accounting, finance, or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate’s degree with coursework in Business Administration, Accounting or related field with finance experience preferred.
