Is located at 301 Gilbert Lett Drive in Broadway and is ideal for bridal showers, birthdays, wedding receptions, baby showers, meetings and family reunions. The Lett Center can accommodate 65 people. There are 12 6ft. rectangle tables & 3 60" round tables and 65 chairs included in the rental. Additional tables or chairs are not available. The building has heat/air conditioning and restroom facilities. Kitchen has a refrigerator and microwave.
Available to rent on weekends only.

                                                                                                                 Rental Fees:
Lett Center1$200 up to 4 hours/county residents 
$215 up to 4 hours non-county residents 
$35 per/each additional hour after the 4 hours.







NOTE:
Indoor facilities must be rented at least 7 business days before event by 5pm.
Please include your set up/clean up times when making your reservation in full hour increments.
Any changes must be made by noon the Monday before your rental.
If you plan to wash your dishes on site, please bring your own dish towel to dry the dishes, we do not provide towels. Thank you!   

If you would like to set up an inflatable bounce house, you will have to fill out a request 
Ballfield must be rented for set up.

Is located at 301 Gilbert Lett Drive in Broadway. The shelter is conveniently located beside a ballfield and near the playground area with restrooms. The shelter has a grill and 6 picnic tables.  This facility must be rented at least 3 business before event. Electricity and water are not available.

We Do Not Accept American Express
Rental Fee:
$25 per/hr. county residents
Additional $15 for non-county residents 

Ballfield Rental Fee:
$10 per hour without lights
$12 per hour with lights
