GYMNASIUMS & BASKETBALL COURTS INFORMATION

The Bob E. Hales Center (Old Armory-147 McIver Street)  may be rented for basketball or volleyball by going online or stopping by the Lee County Parks and Recreation office 72 hours in advance by 5pm. All fees must be paid upfront to secure the reservation. The Bob Hales Center can also be reserved for either basketball or volleyball birthday parties. Gym will be available only for time specified. Rental fees are non-refundable. For availability and rental information, contact the Parks & Recreation office at 919-775-2107 Ext. 4201.

Rental Fees:
$ 35 per hour - 2 hours - minimum (county)
Additional $15.00  (non-county)
If you are hosting a basketball/volleyball birthday party and would like to serve food, we do have a  room you can add for a $25 flat fee.

We also have outdoor basketball courts at no charge available on a first-come-first serve basis located at Dalrymple Park, Horton Park,  Temple Park and at Lee County Arts and Community Center.


Please Note: December-March the gym is only available on Friday evenings or Sunday afternoons!!
This Indoor facility must be rented at least 3 business before event by 5pm.
