FirstHealth - Lee County provides a dedicated EMS supervisor for each shift. The supervisor directs EMS operations and provides on scene incident command for complex emergency medical calls for service. The Supervisors vehicle is a fully equipped Advanced Life Support ambulance, with the ability to transport a patient when required. Additionally, the Supervisors vehicle is equipped with 4-wheel drive for use in adverse weather conditions or challenging terrain.

FirstHealth - Lee County operates 4 Advanced Life Support ambulances staffed with two personnel each. With 2 reserve units located at Base 1 in case of an equipment failure.
