LEE COUNTY OPENS APRIL 28TH VACCINATION CLINIC TO FIRST COME FIRST SERVE

LEE COUNTY, NC – April 27, 2021 – Lee County Government (LCG) Health Department has opened the scheduled April 28th COVID-19 Drive-Thru Vaccination Clinic to onsite registrations for first come, first serve.  The clinic will take place at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center from 9 AM until 12 PM.  The vaccine is available to individuals age 16 and older.

The Civic Center is located at 1801 Nash Street in Sanford.  All vehicles must enter off Nash Street approaching from the East in the direction of Broadway Road.  Vehicles that attempt to enter from the West will be rerouted. 

The Health Department will be administering first and second dose Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.  Individuals that need their second dose vaccine are reminded to bring their vaccination record card. 

Individuals that wish to pre-register may do so by calling (919) 842-5744 or to register in Spanish, (919) 718-4640 option 8.  There is also an online pre-registration form available at leecountync.gov/covid19.  Once a form is submitted, staff will be in contact to complete the registration process.
