O.T. Sloan Pool 

O.T. Sloan Pool is located at 1420 Bragg Street.  The pool is open to the public from 1-5 pm Tuesday - Sunday beginning Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.  Fee for public swim is $3 per person.
O. T. Sloan Pool is available to rent on Saturday and Sunday evenings from 6-10 pm June - August. For more information on pool fees, regulations and available dates call 775-2107 ext. 201. 

Horton Pool

Horton Pool is located at 1515 Washington Avenue. Horton Pool is only open to Summer Camps and Day Cares.  The pool is open June-August, Monday thru Friday from 9:00-4:30.  Fee is $1 per child.

Swim Lessons

Swim lessons are taught at O.T. Sloan Pool.  Classes are held Monday thru Thursday; Friday is a make up date in case of rain.  Morning and evening classes, approximately 45 minutes in length, for each level will be offered.  Students will be taught the appropriate skills for each level.  Class size is limited and enrollment will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.  All instructors are certified through Lee County American Red Cross.  High school and college students are encouraged to consider life guarding and swim instruction as a part-time summer job.  Becoming a red cross certified  lifeguard  can be a source of self-fulfillment.

Fee:                             $20.00/person/session for county residents
                                    $30.00/person/session for non-county
Age Distribution:         Water babies – 6 months-2 years old
                                    Preschool – 3-5 years old
                                    Levels I-IV – 5 years old and up
                                    Adult  & Special Needs classes also offered
Program Dates:            Session I        June 2-13
                                    Session II       June 16-27
                                    Session III      July 7-18
                                    Session IV      July 21- August 1
No class week of July 4th.  Fridays are make-up days.
